Type DDZH hydraulically elevators are the rig tool used in petroleum and gas drilling. During making a trip, Type DDZH hydraulically elevators can hang the tapered Drill pipe, drill collar, casing and tubing through exchanging the bushings conveniently, safely and reliably and favors extending the service life of main body of elevators. The products shall be designed and manufactured according to the requirements in API Spec 8C Specification for Drilling and Production Hoisting Equipment and uses the hydraulic control system, which makes the operation more convenient, effectively reduces the workers’ labor intensity and improves the work efficiency; it can also realize remote control and make the use safer and more reliable.

Notices of DDZH Hydraulic Elevator

1. The oil inlet and return openings connected with the hydraulic system can reverse and the joints of oil inlet and return openings are fast joint 3/8NPT.
2. The reversing of oil inlet and return openings is realized by the electromagnetic or hand-operated direction valve.
3. Main parameters of alarm device:
  • Range of use: the straight-line distance is not greater than 35m
  • Operating temperature: -40℃～+60℃
  • Operating voltage of voice alarm: 220V
