Coiled Tubing

Coiled tubing is made of low carbon alloy steel pipe, has a good flexibility, also known as flexible tubing, a coiled tubing several kilometers long. Can replace the conventional tubing for a lot of operations, coiled tubing equipment with pressure operation, continuous from the characteristics of small size, fast operating cycle, low cost.
Coiled tubing is mainly included carbon and low alloy steel coiled tubing.
Carbon and low alloy steel coiled tubing that is in accordance with API Spec 5ST Specification Requirements of Coiled Tubing and API Spec 5LCP Specification for Coiled Line Pipe. The size ,material and grade of steel are shown in Table 1~6 .The advanced production technology can ensure the height of the flash in the welding parts is up to 0.3mm.
