SCOTON's SAC Actuators are designed to be used as safety and control systems in drilling, wellhead, distribution and storage application no-shore. It can actuate gate valves from any manufacturer. It can achieve the best performance for security control system either according to your choice or our proposal.
Every actuator mad by SAC must have strict test. To achieve ideal performance , every actuator we sell is manufactured to exceed standards set forth by America Petroleum Institute(API) Specification 6A. What’s more, SAC's quality systems are certified by API and the International Standard. (ISO) As the same time, we would like to spend more time in communicating with our customer, constantly improve and perfect our product.
Complete Equipment of Actuators & Control System
All SCOTON's SAC actuators can be delivered already mounted on SAC gate valves, tested and ready to put into service. Complete assemblies are shipped directly to field locations or customer warehouse as required.SAC provides actuated gate valve for kinds of specification. Customers can place orders according to API 6A directly.
Actuator & Bonnet Assembly (Customer Mount )
Most SAC actuators can be deliver complete with a bonnet assembly designed to mount directly on another manufacturers valve that is prepared for actuator. SAC actuators are routinely shipped to customers all over the world for local mounting and testing by the customer.Actuator (Customer Mount )
If customers do not need SAC providing bonnet, customers only need to design the bonnet according to the connection parameter provided by SAC. Thus it could fulfill good match. Customers can assemble and test it by themselves. Detailed configuration, please see SAC actuator Operation and Service Brochure or have configuration on the basis of customers data.

HC Hydraulic Safety System is made by: High and low pressure pilot valves. Quick Release valve, controlled type valve. two position three way ball valve, high pressure accumulator, the filter, the pressure gauge, stainless steel pipe fitting, hand pump, ball valves, hydraulic regulator, the relief valve, ect. Optional configuration: fusible plugs, electromagnetic valve, switch signals remote transmission, multiple monitoring.

SHCS Pneumatic-Hydraulic Safety Control Multi-Valve Safety System is a Multi-function safety control system that that SAC researchers and develops based on HC type system. Besides having the advantages of HC type system,it is also with high degree of integration, easy to control, reduced the complicated situation of multi-valve control.At the same time, it can meet the safety valve requirement of under well. It can control the under well safety valve, X'mass tree main valve, X'mass tree wing valve and pipeline safety valve in the same time. To meed the requirement of the under well safety valve and the well head safety main valve the control box is designed to be Pneumatic-Hydraulic compound control system accord to Actual situation.
SAC recommends the configuration to this system as below
- Under well safety valve: Hydraulic
- Well head safety main valve: SHSV-S Hydraulic Shearing type safety valve.
- Well head safety wing valve: SHSV Hydraulic conventional type safety valve.
